Today, MDOT has set a four-month detour on US-41 in Alger County, directing traffic along M-94 and M-67 while repairing two bridges over the West Branch of Whitefish River and Huber Creek.

The $1.5 million project includes superstructure replacement, deck patching, and substructure repairs—detours from the West Branch site will end on Aug. 15 and overall work finishes Sept. 12.
