About this event

This heated powerful flow will challenge you to grow and expand your practice. Teachers offer options appropriate for those with no or little experience to advanced practitioners, while maintaining a steady flow and some deeper posture holds. Empowering and inspirational, this heated power class will allow you to deepen your yoga journey at any level. This class is for all levels. You will be able to have the space to tune-in, get moving & cooldown. Room is heated 87 - 90 degrees.
