About this event
This class will be a Wonderful Vinyasa Yoga Flow for all levels to get practice flowing. This class will end with a relaxing Yoga Nidra. There will be 45min of yoga flow and 15min of the guided rest in the yoga nidra. If you haven't experienced a yoga nidra time is now to check it out!!
