The St. Vincent De Paul Food Pantry in Ishpeming is calling for donations after its usual support from Feeding America decreased this year.

The pantry, serving over 300 households, accepts canned and boxed goods, juices, snacks, paper towels and other items during its Monday 10:00 a.m.—noon and Wednesday 1:00 p.m.—3:00 p.m. hours.

First Presbyterian Church in Marquette is preparing its annual Fall Bazaar on Front Street this Saturday (9 a.m. to 2 p.m.) where vendors will offer handmade crafts, treats and a luncheon; proceeds will fund restoring the church organ.
