Michigan Tech won a 48-27 game against Midwestern State at Kearly Stadium on Saturday, improving to 2-0 with key turnovers and scoring drives.

The Huskies will travel to Emporia next weekend for a non-conference game.

The NMU volleyball team was swept by San Francisco State at the Cal State East Bay Invitational with a 1–3 record, losing three straight sets.

Today, nearly 1,700 runners participated in the Marquette Marathon along the Iron Ore Heritage Trail before finishing at the Superior Dome in Ishpeming — one of the fastest Boston-qualifying courses.

NMU Women’s Soccer beat Northwood 3 to 1 in its final non-conference match, with senior Isabella Lorens scoring two goals to keep the team unbeaten.
