Marquette County Habitat for Humanity thanked volunteers today at the Negaunee Township Pavilion with a barbeque lunch and yard games (celebrating support since 1992).

The event honored past and current volunteers who help build affordable homes.

Mountain bikers will race in the 27th Ore to Shore mountain bike epic tomorrow, featuring a 50-yard kids dash and a 48-mile Hard Rock challenge while drivers should plan for road closures in Ishpeming, Negaunee, and on routes toward Marquette.
