- ➤ Tribal members and neighbors held the 5th annual Children’s Remembrance Walk on Friday morning in Assinins to remember children hurt by boarding schools—attendees looked at a cleaned brownfield site near the tribe’s first center—and the tribal council will ask the community for ideas to guide healing efforts.
