- ➤ Project Jade will host its second annual golf outing on June 1 at Wawonowin Golf Club in Champion, where golfers will compete in a four-person scramble with special contests—such as a keg hole and a Vegas hole—and all proceeds will support remodeling a sensory-friendly section of the Children’s Museum. - ➤ Calvary Lutheran Church will host Easter for Kids this Saturday with crafts, games and songs for children (ages 3 to 11) from (1 p.m. to 3 p.m.) while organizers say the event gives parents a chance to pick up Easter baskets, catch up on chores and relax. Upper Michigan's Source

- ➤ The Bonifas Arts Center will accept submissions for its non-juried UP Cycle exhibit, which will open April 18 just in time for Earth Day. Artists will drop off upcycled art entries at the center (700 1st Avenue South) until April 14 at 11 a.m., and prizes will include cash awards and a membership (offered by judge Stella Larkin). - ➤ High schoolers have opened the 'What Makes You, You?' art exhibit at the Deo Gallery in the Peter White Public Library featuring drawings, sculptures, and textiles as part of the Artists in Excellence program.
