  • The MSU Forestry Innovation Center is hosting Maple Weekend to show visitors how to tap trees, gather sap and make syrup with samples and a wagon ride offered today from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.—Director Jesse Randall said the center is in full production with sap running and has produced about 90 gallons of syrup so far.  Upper Michigan's Source
