Despite a heavy UP snow storm, the Marquette Figure Skating Club held its annual ice show yesterday with over 90 skaters performing a color-themed routine.

The event provided a welcome break from the cold weather & celebrated youth talent.

At 4 p.m. Saturday, March 28, the Federated Women's clubhouse in Marquette hosts a four-hand piano recital by Anne Linja and Kathleen Alatalo-Arten, visiting from Calumet and Laurium.

The recital of Grieg works is part of the Save Our Clubhouse Concert Series to support repairs; free admission with donations accepted.
