- ➤ Feeding America West Michigan’s mobile food pantry visited Silver Creek Church on Thursday morning from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. via drive-thru, supplying food for up to 550 families. Upper Michigan's Source
- ➤ Forsyth Township Library will host trivia night on Feb. 1 at the Up North Lodge, where teams will compete for prizes + a handmade trophy while tickets cost $10 and proceeds will help update library furniture and printer. Upper Michigan's Source

- ➤ The Keweenaw Community Sparkplug Awards nomination period is open, inviting locals to recognize individuals, groups, or businesses for 2025 contributions; nominations close on Feb. 11 at 3 p.m. and the awards will be held at Michigan Tech Ballroom on March 12 (tickets cost $60 each or $440 for a table).
