Fridays, November (6, 13, 20) 2026. Noon – 1:00 p.m.

Peter White Public Library, Heritage Room.

Mediate Marquette, Unity Yoga, and PWPL have collaborated to offer a weekly, in-person mindfulness meditation program. Sessions will include a combination of talks, seated meditation, and movement practices with the intention of cultivating care, compassion, and connection. All individuals, regardless of previous experience or spiritual affiliation, are welcome to attend.
