About this event
This class is great for everyone. Yin is a slow, grounding practice that will allow you to focus on your breath, mind, body and soul. It targets deep connective tissues like your fascia, joints, and ligaments. Most poses are usually held 3-5min and are practiced seated or laying down with lots of props. The room is a comfortable room temperature, but not hot. Yin is a cooling practice with lots of stillness.
