Tai Chi Workshop - $25 when preregistered

About this event

This is an all-levels movement-based and informative workshop. Tai Chi has a history of martial application with an emphasis intention, balance, and flow. Learn to harness your body's potential in a slow moving, gentle, guided experience. Marc is an acupuncturist with 30 years of Tai Chi practice, and 20 years teaching experience. This 90-minute workshop will be unheated, accessible & challenging for all experience levels. If entry without stairs is best, please call to arrange. Check it out, and it may just end up on the regular schedule. This class is a precurser to future class offerings. Come dressed in whatever comfortable clothes you want to move in.
