About this event

Foundations in Action is for anybody. For practitioners stepping on the mat for the first time or for those who want to deepen a years-long experience. This class is for you. Be in discovery, together building a foundation from the ground up. We will break old habits and discover what's hidden behind the poses. Move, breathe deeper and begin, or put your practice into action. This class is held once each month as a welcome to new students and for experienced yogis, as a surprisingly challenging additional class. All normal class passes apply and room is warmed to 85.
